At our school we have these awards called the DRAGON awards (our mascot is a dragon). Each month the teachers (or for my class the students) choose students who they feel have shown that quality. This month was the R in dragon and it stands for Respectful. #1 was chosen by his teacher for this award. I was so proud because we try to instill this value in out children and for someone else to notice I appreciate it.

Hey, wish I would have known you had the kids pick the award winners....although I'm sure most of the kids probably would have agreed with my choices for respect--at least some of them were able to guess my choices. Kasandra and Carlos...good choices?
