Brothers

I love it when they play together without fighting or arguing about who has what car. I can't imagine life without these 4 boys. Last night I was just thinking if we had only had 2 and it made me very sad. It means no Asher who is the most hilarious child and no Sawyer who is a sweetie. Thank you, Lord, for giving me a gaggle of boys who at times will drive me crazy and make me want to quit, but the blessing truly out weigh those moments.

Attention Crafters

I am not one to take on projects at this current moment because I don't have much time between kids, but I may take on some of these for Christmas gifts. Click here to get there. Have fun looking at her blog. By the way she is a great photographer as well. I wish I lived close by to participate in some of her snap shops.

Thanks Ashely for sharing your creative ideas.

Quick to Learn

Our children have their favorite spot when they sleep, our bed. It didn't take Sawyer long to discover that he too was like his brothers. He has been sleeping snugly all morning in this spot. He would rather sleep there than in his bed. I hope to be retraining soon.

For those of you concerned about being on his tummy, he has been closely monitored all morning.

Good Big Brother

#4 can at times we a little fussy, but we have discovered he loves music. Big Brother sings to him and he calms right down. Notice how cool big brother is in his hat and shades.

Halloween

We had a great time this Halloween. There were two families that had lived in Riverside, but has since moved on. They have been good friends of ours since we have lived here and now that they are gone we miss them terribly. I will say though we have been able to maintain contact with them and it is like they never left. At one point on Saturday before the treats we had 14 children and 10 adults at our house. We loaded the kids up and went to a Trunk n Treat.

#1's Dragon Award

At our school we have these awards called the DRAGON awards (our mascot is a dragon). Each month the teachers (or for my class the students) choose students who they feel have shown that quality. This month was the R in dragon and it stands for Respectful. #1 was chosen by his teacher for this award. I was so proud because we try to instill this value in out children and for someone else to notice I appreciate it.
